Major items include: 13,945 square yards of Double Chip Seal
The City of Owosso is accepting bids for chip seal, sweeping of chip seal streets and traffic control (per propsal specifications in the 2019 Chip Seal Program. Bid Bonds are not required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100% of the contract.
Hard copies of the proposal, contract forms and specifications are on file and may be obtained for a fee in accordance with the city’s FOIA Policy at the office of the Bid Coordinator, City Hall, 301 West Main Street, Owosso, Michigan 48867.
