23-690-003 - Acquisition & Development of City-owned Property Known as Kennett Road Landfill

The City of Pontiac Community Development Department is seeking development proposals from qualified firms for the opportunity to purchase and develop the city-owned property known as the Kennett Road Landfill. The real property consists of approximately 73.405 acres, Tax Parcel No. 14-18-301-002; additional real estate is immediately adjacent to the property consisting of 14.731 acres of land that provides access and right of way to the parcel.
The City is willing to subdivide parcels and will consider proposals that do not develop the entire site.
