Description

The City of Pontiac’s Code Enforcement Division is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for court ordered property abatements and for emergency property structure board ups to secure properties. The Contractors that are found to be the most responsive and will be granted the bid awards will receive a contract for two (2) years with one (1) option to renew for an additional two years recommended by the Code Enforcement Division and approved by City Council. The City of Pontiac’s fiscal year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30.
