Dear Prospective Bidder:
The City of Pontiac is currently soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of (2) GATE OPERATOR SYSTEMS for the City Pontiac’s Waster Water Treatment Plant’s two locations located at 155 N. Opdyke Rd and 274 M.L.K. Blvd in Pontiac, Michigan.
Specifications and bid conditions are included with this letter and we ask that you read them carefully. A mandatory pre bid conference and walk through will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 12:00 pm starting at the 274 MLK Blvd Plant .

No proposal once submitted may be withdrawn for at least 90 days after the actual opening of the bids. The right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive defects in proposals is reserved by the City.
Sealed bids are due in the office of the City Clerk, 47450 Woodward Ave., Pontiac, Mi. 48342, no later than Friday, November 5, 2010 @ 3:30 pm. It is the bidders sole responsibility to assure that their bids are received prior to this deadline.
