Sealed bids for the Janitorial and Custodial Services for the City of Pontiac will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Pontiac, Michigan until 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 19, 2016, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read.
A Recommended Walk Through will be available on Friday, September 9, 2016 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. for all the buildings: If interested, please contact Larry Robinson, Building Supt. at 248-758-3613 to schedule an appointment.

Contractor shall furnish all cleaning equipment and supplies necessary for the performance of its work. Contractor will need to deliver a 30 days’ worth of supplies to each facility on the first (1st) day of the service period.
All employees will need a full background check. Due to the classified nature of business at City Hall, 50th District Court, Sheriff’s Substation and Senior Centers, anyone with a criminal felony will not be allowed to work.
