Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids for the Janitorial and Custodial Services for the City of Pontiac will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Pontiac, Michigan until 1:00 p.m., Friday May 27, 2016, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read. Contractor shall furnish all cleaning equipment and supplies necessary for the performance of its work. A Recommended Walk Through will be available on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. for all the buildings: If interested, please contact Larry Robinson, Building Supt. at 248-758-3613 to schedule an appointment.
