Sealed bids will be received at the City of Pontiac Clerk’s Office at 47450 Woodward Avenue, 1st Floor, Pontiac, MI 48342 plainly marked with “MILL STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT” until February 03, 2022 at 2:00 PM at which time they will be publicly opened. It is the offeror’s sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is physically deposited with the Clerk’s Office prior to the time and date specified. Late bids will not be opened and will be rejected unopened regardless of the degree of lateness or the reason thereto, including causes beyond the control of the offeror.
