Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pontiac is seeking a qualified contractor to do Water Quality Testing for the City of Pontiac. Successful bidder will provide all labor and material for water testing in accordance with these bid Documents and shall consist of Water Quality Testing, Stream Flow Characteristics, Historical/Cultural Resources and Impact on endangered species. The test will include (but not be limited to) results for: pH, Electro Conductivity (EC), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Oxygen Reduction Potential (ORP), Dissolved Oxygen, Atmospheric Pressure, Temperature, Ammonium, Chloride, Nitrate, Resistivity and Salinity. The tests will be conducted at the following locations: Parcel 1. Robert Herndon's Apartment Subdivision, Approximately 3.2 acres, Lots 66-86 ID number 14-31-278-001 Parcel 2. Part of Lot9, South of Parcel 1, Approximately 0.6 acres ID number 14-31-279-001 Parcel 3. Lot 10, SE of Parcel 1 Approximately 2.8 acres ID number 14-31-426-0001 Parcel Maps and Environmental Screening Forms for each parcel are in Appendix “A". Scope of Work shall also include: Endangered Species Study, Archeological Survey, Phase I ESA, Requirements under ASTM E 1527-05.
