P21-0180 - AC Replacement At Fire Station #3

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Port Huron, Michigan, by mail in the office of the City Controller, Room 217, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan, or in person in the City Clerk’s office, 1st floor, of the Municipal Office Center, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan, until 3:00 p.m. on July 15, 2021, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Meeting Room of the aforesaid Municipal Office Center.

Bidding documents including drawings and project manual contract documents, including instruction to bidders form, agreement and specifications may be examined and shall be obtained from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website by BidNet Connect, Located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn beginning on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. All Bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents, including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN.

All bidders are required to qualify according to the bidder qualification regulations for contractors bidding on City of Port Huron contracts as set forth in the instruction to bidders.  Contractor must comply with the City of Port Huron Uniform City Income Tax Ordinance.
