Description

The City of Port Huron is soliciting bids for a air handling replacement and diffused aeration system rehabilitation project at its waste water treatment plant facility. Major work includes:

Demolition of existing submerged aeration piping in aeration tank.
Return Activated Sludge (RAS) piping demolition.
Influent channel sluice gate removal and replacement.
New above grade aeration piping.
New stainless steel RAS piping and valves.
Remove and replace existing 30 inch pneumatically actuated valves in all tanks.
Remove and replace existing 14 inch pneumatically actuated valves.in all tanks.
Remove and replace existing 30” Primary Effluent and 14 inch RAS flow meters and transmitters in all tanks.
New air flow sensors and transmitters.
Remove and replace existing diffused aeration lateral pipe supports.
Remove and replace existing diffuser membranes.
