Bidding documents including drawings and project manual contract documents, including instruction to bidders form, agreement and specifications may be examined and shall be obtained from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website by BidNet Connect, Located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn beginning on Wednesday, September 15 2021. All Bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents, including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN.
All bidders are required to qualify according to the bidder qualification regulations for contractors bidding on City of Port Huron contracts as set forth in the instruction to bidders.
