Request for Bid forms will be received in a sealed envelope by the City of Port Huron by mail in the office of the City Controller, Room 217, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan 48060, or in person in the City Clerk’s office, 1st floor of the Municipal Office Center, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan, until 3p.m. on August 19, 2021 and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in a Public Meeting Room of aforesaid Municipal Office.
