The Request for Proposal shall be obtained from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN)
website by BidNet Connect, Located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn. By submitting a response to this
solicitation, the Proposer accepts the responsibility for downloading, reading, and bidding by the terms and
conditions set forth. Submissions to be considered, please submit one copy of the proposal in an envelope
clearly marked “City of Port Huron Downtown Broadband Project” before 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 10,
2023 to the City Clerk’s Office, Municipal Office Building, 100 McMorran Blvd., Port Huron, MI. 48060.
Proposals will be publicly opened at the time stated above. Any questions must be directed in writing to
thomasj@porthuron.org no later than 4:30 PM, Tuesday, December 20, 2022. The City will issue a response
on or before 4:30 PM, Thursday, December 22, 2022. The response will be in the form of an addendum,
which will be available on MITN.
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Port Huron, Michigan, by mail or in person to the City Clerk's Office, Municipal Office Building, 100 McMorran Blvd., Port Huron, Ml. 48060 before 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.

The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any defects or irregularities in the proposal, and to accept any proposal which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests.
