The City of Port Huron is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified developers to provide professional services to acquire, rehabilitate and sell residential tax foreclosed parcels throughout Port Huron neighborhoods. Services shall be performed for the Developer Partnership Program (DPP). 
Primary Objective: The City of Port Huron (the “City”) is seeking qualified developers to partner in a reinvestment program through acquisition, redevelopment and resale of tax foreclosed singlefamily residential parcels. All parcels are to be acquired from the St. Clair County, MI Treasurer’s Office. Properties/parcels are primarily vacant with the potential that some properties may be occupied. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be for the implementation of an acquisition, redevelopment and resale component of the Developer Partnership Program (DPP). Qualified developers, as defined herein, are invited to submit information about their previous projects and experience in the rehabilitation/redevelopment including financial strength and ability to provide qualified housing, managerial capabilities and other information as may be necessary to demonstrate the ability to develop and complete the project. The selection will be made based on the combination of the verifiable qualifications and developer's history.
