Sealed bids will be received by the City of Port Huron, Michigan, by mail in the office of the City Controller, Room 217, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan 48060, or in person in the City Clerk’s office, 1st Floor, of the Municipal Office Center, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan, until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Meeting Room of the aforesaid Municipal Office Center.
Bidding documents, including drawings and project manual contract documents, including instruction to bidders, proposal form, and specifications may be examined and shall be obtained from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) website by BidNet Connect, located at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn beginning on Friday, April 14, 2023. All bidders shall obtain a complete set of bid documents, including all posted addenda, from the City of Port Huron via MITN.
No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid or portion thereof which is deemed most advantageous to the City’s interest.
