Sealed bids will be received by the City of Port Huron, Michigan, by mail in the office of the City Controller, Room 217, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan 48060, or in person in the City Clerk’s office, 1st Floor, of the Municipal Office Center, 100 McMorran Boulevard, Port Huron, Michigan, until 3:00 p.m. on August 25, 2021 and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Public Meeting Room of the aforesaid Municipal Office Center.
