Public and Private utilities will be abandoned/terminated by the utility owner prior to demolition. Property details and color photographs of the project areas are located in the Specifications for Bidder’s reference.

Asbestos containing materials were identified on the property and all state and federal laws relating to removal and disposal of these materials must be followed.
