Summary of Specifications:
The Cell 7 Phase II Construction will continue construction of perimeter berm, base liner, and leachate collection for Cell 7. The project will also include haul road improvements and approximately 20 additional acres of liner as well as grading and berm construction in preparation of the third and final phase of construction.
