The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for double shredded hardwood mulch to be used by the City’s Department of Parks and Natural Resources. The successful vendor should be located within a reasonable driving distance from the Parks Maintenance Building located at 1300 East Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills. The City wishes to establish a three-year blanket purchase order for this product.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills various locations. Delivery cost shall be included in unit pricing. Cost for pickup of the product at the vendor’s location(s) is also requested.
With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate the current closures and Stay Home, Stay Safe orders. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quote documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of quote documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quote documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government, Departments, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
