The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract with one or more qualified firms to provide Landscape Restoration Materials for usage by the City’s Department of Public Services. The turf products will be purchased on an as-needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year with a one (1) year option to renew. All pricing must be firm for the term of the contract. The items to be purchased are outlined in the specifications area of this quote document.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester, Department of Public Service Maintenance Facility, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.

Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quote proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quotes from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after the specified date and time will not be considered.
As this quotation is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
