Dated: February 8, 2024. The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to perform On-Call Locksmith Services for the City of Rochester Hills’ owned buildings and vehicle keys for a period of three years.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, some City processes have been affected and as such, are requiring adjustment to our normal processes to accommodate. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and email to brightk@rochesterhills.org or upload to the MITN website by: Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 4:00 PM EST.
Questions are to be directed to Keri Bright, CPPB, Senior Procurement Analyst, via email at brightk@rochesterhills.org. All questions shall be made in writing by Friday, February 16, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. Questions received after the above date and time will not be considered.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quotation documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of quotation documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quotation documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City’s website or directly visit the MITN website at www.mitn.info. Final quotation results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
