The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a two (2) year blanket purchase for the printing of their annual park passes and permits. Prices must be firm for the length of the contract. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and either email or submitted online via the MITN website (www.mitn.info), no later than the due date and time of 4:00pm by Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Either email quotation to the attention of Keri J. Bright, Purchasing Analyst, at brightk@rochesterhills.org, or submitted online through the MITN website at www.mitn.info.
The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quote documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of quote documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quote documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government, Departments, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
Questions are to be submitted in writing and directed to Keri Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, email: brightk@rochesterhills.org. All questions must be in writing and made prior to 11:30 a.m., November 22, 2022, at which time a response will be prepared and posted on the MITN website as an amendment, or an addendum to the quote, if such information would be of significance to uninformed vendors. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in reject of quote submittal.
Quotes may be submitted through the MITN website. Please note if you are submitting proposal through the MITN website, the City of Rochester Hills is capable of accepting documents in .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .tif or .rtf formats. Due to security risks associated with some file formats, the following file types are not able to be opened by the City: DOC, DOCM, DOT, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, XLT, PPT, PPTM, RTF. All of these formats can contain malicious code. The City is also not able to open ZIP files at this time. Alternatively, you could convert these files to PDF.
Specifications
Specifications for all passes and permits are listed below and pictured on the Attachment pages. The City of Rochester Hills shall review all proofs prior to printing. Costs to ship all permits to the City must be included in the quoted unit cost. Additional freight, shipping, or fuel surcharges will not be allowed for this contract.
