The City of Rochester Hills is accepting bids for a three-year blanket purchase order for Various Sign Materials for use by the City’s Department of Public Services.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester, Department of Public Services Maintenance Facility, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
If you are interested in providing a bid, please fill in the following information and upload to the MITN website by: Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST. Electronic submission ONLY will be accepted. Hardcopy, emailed, faxed and late submittals will not be accepted. All forms The City will subsequently at 3:30 P.M. read the names and addresses received publicly via a Zoom Teleconference. Only those persons(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their bids. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their bid proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before Thursday, October 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
As this bid is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the bid documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the bid submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
