Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "Bid - City of Rochester, Bridge Maintenance Program", and recieved by the City Clerk at Rochester City Hall before Tuesday, March 5th, at 10am. All bids shall be opened publicy at Rochester City Hall on Tuesday, March 5th, at 10am. Each bid shall be recorded together with the name of the bidder. Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed "responsive". Bids shall be rejected unless made on the forms as included with the bidding documents.
