The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from experienced, knowledgeable and qualified firms to administer and perform and related services. 

Copies of this solicitation document and any issued Addenda may be obtained from the Assistant to the City Manager, City of Rochester, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester MI 48307, (248) 651-9061. Please note it is then the responsibility of the Respondent to contact the Assistant to the City Manager to find out if any additional addenda or attachments have been issued.
