Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for city planning services. Proposals for review of the City Master Plan will also be considered either as an add-on to the city planning service contract, or as a stand-along contract. Copies of this solicitation document and any issued Addenda may be obtained from the City Clerk, City of Rochester, 400 Sixth Street, Rochester MI 48307, (248)651-9061. Please note it is then the responsibility of the Respondent to contact the City Clerk to find out if any additional addenda or attachments have been issued. Proposals must be time stamped by the City.
