DESCRIPTION: The City of Rochester is requesting proposals from qualified companies to perform janitorial services at the Rochester Municipal Building and the Department of Public Works Administrative Building as part of the base bid. Additionally, the city is asking for bids to provide janitorial services as a value-added service at the East and West Parking Structures. The City reserves the right to award only the base bid or not at all.
