Summary of Specifications:
INVITATION TO BID (1) The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of one (1) 2015 4 wheel drive, double cab, GMC Sierra 2500HD pickup truck, or an acceptable alternative, with cap (no alternates acceptable) as specified in the attached specifications. The specifications are not intended to be exclusionary but to establish the minimum standards that all bids for alternatives must meet. (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. (3) Two (2) copies of the bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:30, Monday, May 18, 2015. At approximately 2:45, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
