THE CITY OF ROMULUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE FOLLOWING: RFP 09/10-27 EMPLOYEE GROUP MEDICAL and PRESCRIPTION DRUG INSURANCE The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids/proposals from qualified vendors for the above services. 1. Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit proposals must use the forms provided by the City. 2.
