City of Romulus REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Animal Shelter RFP 09/10-15 The City of Romulus Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) requests sealed proposals for Construction Management Services (CMS) for a new 5,800 sf animal shelter where the CM is a contractor. Plans are available at the office of Ghafari Associates, 17101 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI 48126, 313-436-8607. Proposal must be received at the office of the City of Romulus Clerk, 11111 Wayne Road, Romulus, MI 48174, no later than 2:00 P.M. December 17, 2009.
