Summary of Specifications:
The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the demolitions of structures on the following properties: Commercial Structure at - 6933 Wayne Road and Four Commercial Structures, Two slabs and remains from Structure Fires, One Residential Structure and one Accessory structure - 29057 Hildebrandt, 10216 Loraine and 29064 Lorman (1) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City on the MITN System. (2) Bids must be received by the City Clerk's Office no later than 3:00 pm local time, September 16, 2009. (3) BID ENVELOPES MUST BE ADDRESSED:
