ITB-LC-15/16-04 - Duty & Practice Ammunition for the Romulus Police Department

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Romulus Police Department is seeking fixed pricing for the purchase of ammunition. Pricing shall be firm for twelve months or for the term indicated by the bidder on the pricing sheet submitted along with bid documents. 

The City of Romulus Police Department shall not accept any alternates for the ammunition specified for the duty ammunition. The practice ammunition can be any model from any manufacturer but must meet the specifications, must all be from the same manufacturer and be all the same model and cannot be for reloaded ammunition. ' 

All costs related to the handling, shipping and delivery shall be included in the bid price. All ammunition shall be delivered to the City of Romulus Police Department, 11165 Olive Street, Romulus, Michigan, 48174. 

All ammunition ordered from the successful bidder must be received by the Romulus Police Department within 90 calendar days of the issue date of the issued purchase order.
