Summary of Specifications:
CITY OF ROMULUS INVITATION TO BID ITB Bid No. 11/12-01 Goddard Road Water Main Sealed Bids for Goddard Road Water Main improvements will be received at the office of the Romulus City Clerk, 11111 Wayne Road, Romulus, MI 48174 until 2:00 pm local time, on August 2, 2011. 

Copies of plans may be viewed and/or obtained on or after July 14, 2011, at the office of the ENGINEER, 34000 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI 48150 (734-522-6711). A non-refundable fee of $65.00 will be charged for each set of Contract Documents and an additional non-refundable fee of $15.00 will be charged for mailing. A Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The City reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the bid’s scheduled closing time. No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project
