The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the demolitions of structures on the following properties: Single Family Residential Structure and Shed at 36234 Cypress Single Family Residential Structure with attached Garage at 11245 Delano Single Family Residential Structure with attached garage at 35845 Goddard Single Family Residential Structure and garage at 15110 Inkster Single Family Residential Structure with attached garage at 34040 Joan Ct. Single Family Residential Structure, Cement Slab and two out buildings at 28527 Wick Single Family Residential Structure and Garage at 7335 Hollywood Accessory Structure/Garage at 6679 Merriman Single Family Residential Structure and garage/shed at 28479 Wick
Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City.
Bids must be received by the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 28, 2012, the opening time posted for the bid opening. At approximately 2:15, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
