Summary of Specifications:
CITY OF ROMULUS ITB 12/13-29 - SCALA UPGRADE - CABLE DEPARTMENT
The City of Romulus Cable Department is seeking to replace its existing Scala Infochanel 3 - Broadcast MultiMedia Software with the most recent version of Scala Infochannel 5 Multizone Message Display and all related software and specified hardware for the dissemination of information to Romulus residents via the City's two Cable Channels (12 & 18).
(1) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info.
(2) Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, March 27, 2013. At approximately 2:15, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
