City of Romulus INVITATION TO BID ITB 12/13-34 TWO (2) LATERAL FILES Bid Opening April 24, 2013
INVITATION TO BID The City of Romulus Building Department is requesting bids from vendors for the acquisition and delivery of two (2) HON, 42" wide, lateral files. Because the department would like to obtain file cabinets that match their existing file cabinets, alternates will not be excepted. The department is requesting pricing for the acquisition of two (2) HON 695L E(Taupe Color), 42" W X 19-1/4" D X 67" H, five drawer lateral file cabinets with locks.
(1) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info.
(2) Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, April 24, 2013. At approximately 2:15, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
