ITB-LC-10/11-20 - ITB BID 10/11-20 CONTRACT FOR PRINTING AND MAILING OF TAX NOTICES

Summary of Specifications:
Through the Invitation to Bid (ITB) the City of Romulus (City) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit bids to print and mail the remittance tax notices, informational tax bills, envelopes and any inserts required for a two (2) year period beginning with the printing and mailing of the 2011 Summer Tax notices. The term of the contract could be extended for one (1) additional year upon mutual agreement of the parties involved. The services shall include printing of tax bill statement; folding; insertion; address verification; presorting and mail preparation to receive the lowest possible first class postal rate; and mail delivery to a United States Post Office.
