City of Romulus INVITATION TO BID - ITB 13/14-23 FENCE EXTENSION - ROMULUS MEMORIAL CEMETERY Public Opening June 2, 2014 (1) The City of Romulus, Department of Public Works is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the removal, rolling and stacking of approximately 426 feet of the existing fencing and for the purchase and installation of approximately 420 feet of fencing located at the Romulus Memorial Cemetery located on Shook Road, Romulus, Michigan. (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. (3) Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:30, Monday, June 2, 2014. At approximately 2:45, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read.
