INVITATION TO BID (1) The City of Romulus Clerk’s Office is requesting bids to acquire one full color, composite photo of the elected officials (ten individuals) approximately 30” X 40”, proofed, framed, and ready to hang; similar to the one located in the City of Romulus Council Chambers (See Sample A. Example of Existing Composite Picture, Romulus Elected Officials). (2) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit bids must use the forms provided by the City. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. (3) Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:30, Monday, June 2, 2014. At approximately 2:45, local time all timely received bids are to be publicly opened and read. BID ENVELOPES MUST BE ADDRESSED:
