CITY OF ROMULUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 09/10-41 - SINGLE HAULER WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL PROGRAM
The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the purpose of entering into a contract for the curbside pick-up of acceptable garbage, recycling program, yard waste and to bind itself to a qualified landfill for the proper disposal of appropriate refuse.
1. Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit proposals must use the forms provided by the City. RFP forms and specifications may be obtained by visiting the City’s web site, www.Romulusgov.com to access the MITN system.
2. Three (3) copies of Proposals covering the work must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received by the City Clerk's Office no later than 3:00pm, Wednesday, May 5, 2010. At approximately 3:15, local time all timely received proposals are to be publicly opened and read..

4. A Mandatory pre-bid meeting is a requirement of this Request for Proposals. The meeting will be held at the City of Romulus City Hall, 11111 Wayne Road Romulus, MI 48174 on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 2:00pm.
