This RFP i s being issued in accordance with the City’s requirement under Michigan Public Act 106. All insurers, METs, MEWAs, VEBAs,or ot her insured, self-insured, or alternatively mixed-funded and adm inistered arrangements are invited at this time to submittheir p roposals to the City for full consideration. The City reserves t he right to reject all bids and proposals and to waivetechnicali ties. The City is not accepting any proposals from agents, broke rs, consultants, or otherwise independent sales representatives.
