CITY OF ROMULUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 13/14-01 VoIP Telephony System Request for Proposals/Master Agreement The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking proposals from qualified Companies for the above item/items and/or services.
(1) Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit proposals must use the forms provided by the City. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained from the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. or by contacting Mary Stegner, RMS Associates, 15760 Nineteen Mile Road, Suite C, Clinton Township, MI 48038 by phone at 586-263-3960 (2) A mandatory Pre-Bid conference/Site Inspection will commence at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the City of Romulus, City Hall building located at 11111 Wayne Road, Romulus, Michigan 48174. All bidders must be present at the Pre-Bid Conference and the conducted pre-bid site inspection of the buildings in order to submit a bid. (3) Submit three complete copies with one marked "Original", in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 5, 2013. All timely received proposals are to be publicly received.
