CITY OF ROMULUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 13/14-17 Voice/Data Backbone The City of Romulus, Michigan is excepting proposals for 12, 24 and 36 month contract pricing from a full service; facilities based local exchange carrier or competitive local exchange carrier capable of providing a private voice/data backbone. The City of Romulus will only accept complete and accurate proposals containing all of the information requested in the RFP documents (as minimum requirements), no substitutions will be accepted. (1) Qualified firms wishing to submit proposals must use the forms provided by the City. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained from the MITN system @ www.mitn.info. or electronic copies of the RFP documents will be made available by sending an e-mail message to: mstegner@phonerms.com. (2) Sealed copies need to be received in the City of Romulus Clerk's Office no later than 2:00 P.M., May 15, 2014. All timely received proposals are to be publicly received.
