THE CITY OF ROMULUS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE FOLLOWING: 

RFP 09/10-31 MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT RETIREE MEDICAL INSURANCE 

The City of Romulus, Michigan is seeking bids/proposals from qualified vendors for the above services. 1. Qualified individuals and firms wishing to submit proposals must use the forms provided by the City. 2. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and returned to the City Clerk's Office no later than 3:00p.m., Wednesday, March 31, 2010. 

RESPONSE ENVELOPES MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE RFP NUMBER AND NAME AND BE ADDRESSED:

3. At approximately 3:15p.m. all proposals received shall be publicly opened 4. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and to waive technicalities.
