M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) Pavment Joint Repair. Bids will only be accepted when submitted through Quest CDN, see attached. The scope of the project will include repairing approximately 7 lane miles of longitudinal and transverse joints. The project consists of asphalt pavement joint repair of the longitudianal and transverse joints to be completed according to the details contained in the appendices, and as directed by the Engineer.
