ITB-SBP-PLAN-11-006 - Abatement of Asbestos Containing Building Materials

Summary of Specifications:
Bid responses must propose to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, equipment rental, transportation, superintendence, and all other necessary services to safely indentify, test, and remove any ACBMs from the work areas. 



The work areas, as identified by JCI, include the boiler room located in the basement of City Hall, the penthouse of the Police Department building, the utility closet located at the south end on the third floor in City Hall and the suspended ceiling and tiles on the third floor hallway / corridor between City Hall and the Police Department (adjoining buildings).
