The Boards of Trustees (the "Board") of the City of Royal Oak Employee Pension Plan (the "Pension Plan"), Retiree Health Care Plan and Trust (the "RHC Plan & Trust") (collectively, the "Plans"), and the city’s finance department are seeking information from actuarial professionals to perform the annual plan valuations and provide other related actuarial services. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to outline the Boards’ requirements for actuarial services and solicit information from qualified professionals from which the Boards may adequately evaluate such services.
