Description

The city is seeking a contractor with certified lead-based paint risk assessor to provide pre-rehabilitation risk assessment and associated limited testing as well as a post-rehabilitation clearance examination for all applicable structures and conditions. The term of the contract shall be two (2) years with the option to renew at the city’s discretion. The price proposal shall be valid for the two (2) year timeframe.
