RFP-RO-18-011 - Towing Services

Sealed proposals for a three (3) year contract with an option to renew for three (3) additional years to provide TOWING SERVICES will be received by the City of Royal Oak finance department, room 301, 211 S Williams Street, Royal Oak, MI  48067 until THURSDAY, JUNE 14, 2018 at 10:00 AM E.D.T., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Royal Oak city offices.

PLEASE MARK YOUR SEALED ENVELOPES:  RFP-RO-18-011 TOWING SERVICES on the lower left-hand corner. In addition, if the proposal is to be express mailed, “Proposal Documents Enclosed DO NOT OPEN” must be conspicuously marked on the package.
 
NO FAXED DOCUMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED (except insurance certificates).
 
TIMELY SUBMITTALS:  Late submittals will not be accepted.

Interpretations may or may not be given orally (may be written) dependent upon the nature of the inquiry. Interpretations that could affect other bidders will be in writing and issued by the Purchasing Agent through an addendum posted on MITN, www.mitn.info. All inquiries shall be made via email to Sara Teets, sarat@romi.gov, within a reasonable time prior to the stated deadline in order that a written response in the form of an addendum to this RFP, if required, can be processed before bids are opened. Inquires received that are not made in a timely fashion may or may not be considered.

An optional pre-submittal meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the City of Royal Oak Police Department, second floor conference room, 221 E 3rd St, Royal Oak, MI 48067.  All interested companies are encouraged to attend as this will be an excellent opportunity to ask questions.
