Project Description
This project consists of the construction of a new 31,000SF City Hall Building. This new building consists of a Basement, 1st Floor, and 2nd Floor. Exterior Construction is masonry, cast stone/limestone, metal panel assemblies, and glass windows/storefronts. Interior Construction is standard metal stud construction, millwork, finishes, ACT/Gypsum ceilings, water pipe fire suppression systems, dry chemical suppression system, plumbing systems to support bathrooms, forced air HVAC assemblies, hot water reheat system w/ boilers, standard electrical distribution and lighting systems, fire alarm, and access control systems.
